The Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa S.A. ("Company") informs that on 3 November 2020, the Company received a set of relevant documents of the Annex XIII to the Loan Agreement dated 27 May 2013 (Current Report 29/2013) from Acciona Construcción S.A. ("Acciona" parent company of the Company - 62.13% in the total number of votes at the General Meeting) concluded on 31 October 2020. Pursuant to the Annex Acciona extends the repayment date of the loan in the amount of EUR 13.31 million (including the main and capitalized interest, which is the equivalent of PLN 60.83 million according to the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on 3 November 2020 of EUR 1 = PLN 4.5699) increased with interest until 30 November 2020. The loan may also be repaid in a shorter period.
