Our place on the podium in this tournament is not a coincidence, but the result of hard work, education, and the continuous improvement of our procedures. Initiatives like Safety Week help us build a culture of responsibility, which we are deeply committed to and take very seriously. I would like to thank our entire Integrated Management Systems, Health and Safety, and Environmental Protection Office for their daily efforts to ensure safety – said Jacek Szymanek, Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa.

The event brought together teams from the largest construction companies, competing in realistic rescue scenarios such as traffic accidents and sudden cardiac arrests, designed in accordance with European Resuscitation Council guidelines.

Hard Work = Real Results

Thanks to excellent preparation under the guidance of Marcin Krysiewicz, Director of the Integrated Management Systems, Health & Safety, and Environmental Protection Office, our team – consisting of Magdalena Kołodziejska, Sylwia Świątek, Filip Błasiak, and Piotr Kaczyński – secured a place on the podium.

Events like these demonstrate that our efforts are worthwhile – it’s not just about enhancing skills, but, most importantly, about protecting the health and lives of our employees. About the "Agreement for Safety in Construction" Initiative

The "Agreement for Safety in Construction" is an initiative by the largest construction companies in Poland aimed at improving safety standards on construction sites and promoting a culture of safety across the industry. One of the key initiatives of the Agreement is the annual Safety Week – a nationwide educational campaign that includes training sessions, workshops, and meetings designed to raise workers' awareness of workplace safety. This event unites the construction community around a common goal – accident-free work. Mostostal Warszawa is among the member companies of this initiative.

This year, Safety Week runs from May 12 to May 18.
