According to the plans, Nowe Południe is to be a multi-family building featuring mostly 2- and 3-bedroom flats of an area ranging from 35 m2 to more than 100 m2. Flats of this kind enjoy great interest among the buyers. The building will be placed in a low-rise area. It was designed in the shape of irregular U letter.
